The plate is marked on reverse Royal Doulton, England, The White House, Washington, DC, The George H. Bowman Co, Sole Importers, Cleveland.

The souvenir plate is in very good vintage condition, with crazing and surface scratches; no chips, cracks, damage or repairs. This cabinet plate measures approximately 10 1/4" in diameter.
