An antique jewelry box by Jennings Brothers of silverplated metal. This ornate jewel box features a hinged lid and the interior is lined in purple velvet fabric. High quality workmanship on the lid with a fantastic village scene, perhaps military as it is all men in the scene wearing helmets. The sides have a beautiful swag decoration and the casket is footed with ornate feet. The jewellery casket is in vintage condition with on the interior rim pitting, tarnishing, primarily around the edges. Please review photos for condition. Marked JB .2649.
