Antique U.S. Capitol Flow Blue Plate

An antique flow blue ceramic plate depicts the U.S. Capitol plate. Blue and white (really a cream color) flow blue ceramic, marked England with W. Adams & Co Eagle mark. The plate has a scalloped edge and measures approximately 10 1/4" in diameter. In very good antique condition with crazing, no chips or cracks.
