Midcentury Wood Storage Box Canister

Offered is a midcentury wood canister storage box. The handsome box was made in Japan and stamped Woodpecker Woodware. The box features dovetailed corners and a lid with a carved out handle. Classic 1950s, rarely seen unpainted. The box measures approximately 7 3/8" x 5 3/8 x 6 1/4" tall. In very good vintage condition with minor scratches, stains, etc., nice aged patina.
