Dione Lucas was the owner of the Cordon Blue Restaurant and Cooking School in New York City. She adapted French cooking to American kitchens. The is a vintage 1940s cook book containing new and exciting French recipes by author Dione Lucas. The cookbook is 322 pages including index, and is in very good vintage condition with dust jacket. Erased pencil inscription on interior cover.
Dust jacket included, although the actual book has the most amazing graphic on the front and back covers and spine.
