Vintage Cornell University Plate by Wedgwood, Statue of Ezra Cornell 1933

Offered is a vintage Wedgwood Cornell University ceramic plate. This British Staffordshire transferware plate features a depiction of the Statue of Ezra Cornell; 1933. This rare souvenir plate is printed Wedgwood & Barlaston of Etruria, Made in England, Imprinted Wedgwood 3 X 59.

The dinner plate measures approximately 10 5/8" in diameter and is mulberry (red) and white transferware. In very good condition with no cracks and minor surface scratching. Lovely decorative edging along the rim with no chips. Glaze remains shiny.
