This rare souvenir plate is printed Wedgwood & Barlaston of Etruria, Made in England, Harvard University, The First Gore Hall. Quincy View, 1840. Imprinted Wedgwood 1X52. Imported for Jones McDuffee & Stratton, Boston.
Plate measures approximately 10 3/8" in diameter and is red and white transferware. In very good condition with no cracks and minor surface scratching. Lovely floral edging along the rim with no chips.
This is a wonderful souvenir of Harvard and a wonderful addition to the Wedgwood collection.
