This is a fun, 1940s cooking tool, the Chef-Ess Food Saw. The kitchen saw is a regular wooden handled saw, however the original cardboard sleeve tells the story. Great graphics. The saw and its sleeve are in vintage condition with wear and tear, lots of paint loss on the handle, surface rust on the blade and the sleeve is worn. The Chef-Ess was made in Columbus , Ohio; circa 1949.
The food saw measures approximately 18" long.
