Vintage U.S. Capitol Souvenir Plate

A lovely vintage U.S. Capitol plate by Silesia Austria. The small plate was decorated by Tatler & Lawson. Lovely graphic and a soft tan and gold edge. The small decorative plate measures approximately 7 1/2" in diameter and is in good vintage condition.
