Antique French Trinket Box

This antique French trinket box is stunning. The box features a a hand engraved gravure on the hinged lid, the engraving is title Le Nid and signed D'Apres Bouche (might be the artist, Boucher, but the "r" isn't visible. Ornate framed lid and sides. Mahogany wood lined and marked Made in France on bottom.

High quality piece is very good antique condition with a beautiful patina. The trinket or cigarette box measures approximately 5 1/4" x 3 3/4" x 1 3/8" tall. The gravure is in solid copper, the the box sides are an ornate floral in a brass metal.

Box measures 3.7" long by 2.8" wide by 1.8" high.
