Refund/Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is the first priority at Duckwells. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase if you have any questions or concerns. Purchase price refunds, less shipping, will be processed within 7 days of the date of receipt of items. Items must be sent by the buyer in their original condition for a refund to be processed. Due to the one of a kind nature of my vintage and handmade items, exchanges are not available.

In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please contact me as I will file a claim with USPS. Please do not dispose of packaging as USPS often requires either a photo or other proof of damage.
