What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is the first priority at Duckwells. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase if you have any questions or concerns. Purchase price refunds, less shipping, will be processed within 7 days of the date of receipt of items. Items must be sent by the buyer in their original condition for a refund to be processed. Due to the one of a kind nature of my vintage and handmade items, exchanges are not available.

In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please contact me as I will file a claim with USPS. Please do not dispose of packaging as USPS often requires either a photo or other proof of damage.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class within 3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the item listing. If you are in a hurry, please let me know and I will be glad to quote any additional cost to expedite shipping. 


International customs charges and any additional fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Your package will be shipped to the address you provided, unless you specify otherwise when placing the order.
