Antique 1920s Hat Stand

This antique hat stand has a hand painted flapper's head. She has a wonderful 1920's hairdo and painted face with a celluloid cloche hat with ruffled brim. The wooden stand measures approximately3 3/4" in diameter at base and 10 1/2" tall. In vintage condition with lots of paint loss (please view photos for condition), this is a wonderful addition to the antique hat stand collection or for millinery display.
