Offered is a vintage chrome ashtray with two birds. Circa 1950s, the Hamilton Pincherette ashtray is a classic mid century modern piece with an art deco revival design. In very good vintage condition with light pitting, still shiny, with little evidence of use. The tray measures approximately 5 3/4" in diameter and 3 3/4" tall; with cork bottom.
My grandmother had one of these in her 1960s kitchen; all the adults would sit around smoking while she cooked. A nice nostalgic piece of MCM history.
