Midcentury Tin Desk Globe - Magnetic Metal Toy

A midcentury tin desk globe. This 1953 magnetic globe is lithographed with a lot of geographical detail and was made by Replogle Globe, Inc., the Air Race Globe. As part of a game, the base has a spinner and fun flying graphics.

The globe in in good vintage condition, is dirty and has surface rust, several dents. Transparent tape is adhered on all sides. The patina is nice and aged, but the graphics are nice intact. The globe measures approximately 12" tall and 8" wide.

A fantastic display piece for the vintage collector, the child's room, or the collector.
