Midcentury Toy Sewing Machine Electric Little Modiste Made in Japan

A rare, 1950 electric toy sewing machine, the Little Modiste. The midcentury red metal toy mini machine was made in Japan and is battery operated requiring 2 D cell batteries (not included). A fun display piece, the machine is stored in its original case by folding it; includes even rarer original instruction booklet. The machine, due to its age, is being sold without warrantee or guarantee. The machine is in very good cosmetic condition, the case has lots of evidence of age, still closes nicely with the brass hardware latch.
