Offered is a beautiful vintage black celluloid and lace folding fan. The black lace fabric is attached to the celluloid frame, with hand painted flowers on one side. The frame has a decorative floral design. With a metal hanging loop. The fan measures approximately 10" tall x 18 1/2" wide. In good vintage condition with no rips or tears.
