A vintage, 1980s retro victorian ornament. The ornament by Kurt Adler, was made in Taiwan. It features a ceramic woman's head with a lace trimmed red fabric cone, with a creamy white long tassel. The ornament still has its original tag and label. The ornament measures approximately 3 1/4" excluding the tassel. Includes hanging loop.
