Offered is a vintage Wedgwood Nightingale plate; part of The American Clipper Ship Plates series. This British Staffordshire transferware plate features the tall ship at sea with various ships around the decorative rim. This rare brown and white plate imprinted Wedgwood was Made in England by Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston, England. The historic plate measures approximately 9 1/4" in diameter with no cracks or chips; with minor surface scratching.
