Vintage Cookbook, All About Sausage, 1973 Oscar Meyer

Offered is a vintage cookbook, "All About Sausage." This book was printed in 1973 by Oscar Mayer & Co. Consumer Services. A spiral bound book, with wonderful mid century graphics, photos, and recipes.

The book is in very good vintage condition, and measures approximately 10 1/2" x j8 1/2". I enjoy these old cookbooks mainly for the graphics but also to see how culinary tastes change through the decades.
