A rare vintage duck music box. The French wood duck was created in France by Jouets Queyras Toys; the music box component was Swiss made by Reuge. The song it plays is a French children's song, "Fais Dodo Colas Mon Petit Frere". To play the song you pull the cord-it plays for over 3 minutes! In very good vintage condition with one chip at the back of one of the wings--great vintage look. The duck measures approximately 6 1/4" tall x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2". Purchased at a Paris flea market, it is a wonderful display piece.
