Vintage Goebel Horse Figurine Mounted on Wood Made in West Germany

A vintage horse figurine by Goebel. The horse is mounted on a wood platform. Labeled Goebel, Bavaria-W. Germany, Limited Edition, 398/950. The off white bisque ceramic figurine plus mount measures approximately 10" tall x 10 3/4" long. Circa 1970s, the piece is in very good vintage condition with evidence of age, no chips or cracks.
