A cool, Ronson Ten A Case lighter cigarette case combo. The hinged mechanism opens the case to reveal a springed hinge to hold cigarettes in place. Marked Ronson with patent information. A brown front (monogrammed RR) and back cover, silver colored hardware and interior. In good vintage condition with surface scratching. Sold in nonworking, untested order.
